Little Play Town Mandurah is proudly owned and run by a local family with three children aged from 12 years to just 11 months. As parents ourselves, we truly understand the importance of creating a safe, welcoming and engaging space where children can learn, play and grow at their own pace.
Owner Kaitlin brings a background in education support, which strongly influences the heart of Little Play Town. The centre is thoughtfully designed around imaginative role-play, sensory experiences and open-ended play that supports children’s social, emotional and developmental skills. Little Play Town is a place where children are encouraged to explore real-world scenarios, build confidence, practise communication and let their imaginations run free, all while parents can relax and connect in a family-friendly café environment.
At its core, Little Play Town Mandurah is about fostering creativity, connection and meaningful play experiences that support early childhood development and create lasting memories for local families.

Little Play Town Mandurah is proud to be an inclusive space that warmly welcomes children of all abilities. We are committed to creating an environment where every child feels safe, supported and valued. With a strong understanding of diverse learning styles and developmental needs, Little Play Town strives to be a place where children with additional needs can explore, play and participate at their own pace.
We believe that play is for everyone, and all children are welcomed with kindness, patience and respect—regardless of ability, background or individual needs. Our aim is to provide a calm, accepting and nurturing environment where families feel comfortable, understood and included.
